Jess is a DTI trained full spectrum doula. Jess provides in-home, compassionate support for families into the 4th trimester. As a queer, neurodivergent mother of two, she is uniquely qualified with her training to care for all people on their birth journey. Jess strives to normalize birth and postpartum experiences by sharing evidence-based education and providing empathetic, calm and non-judgemental presence in the postpartum recovery.
Jess’s own birth stories inspire and inform her doula work. It is her passion to help parents navigate the transformative process from birth to postpartum with knowledge, coping strategies, bravery and resilience.
In her free time Jess: homeschools her children, is a fiber artist, supports other parents of autistic children, volunteers with Colors+, and, is a budding gardener and has a tiny arboretum of house plants.
