Virtual Childbirth Education

With birth classes canceled across the country, many expectant parents are left feeling unprepared and unsupported. Birth doula and child birth educator, Ashley Rainey, is offering fully customized, virtual, child birth classes to arm you with all of the tools you need to feel prepared for a safe and positive birth experience. Your private one-on-one birth class will be hosted with Zoom and broken down into two one-hour sessions, scheduled at your convenience. Ashley will also follow up with you for a 30 minute question and answer session or refresher anytime before your due date.

Topics will include:

• Packing your birth bag.
• Changes in hospital policies due to pandemic procedures.
• Discovering your birth preferences.
• Signs of early labor and what to do.
• Early labor, active labor and pushing.
• Pain management options and intervention choices.
