Marie, PhD, MPH is a CAPPA-trained Postpartum Doula, scientist, and award-winning maternal health advocate. Marie became a Postpartum Doula to help better serve families as they welcome their new baby into their home. In her words “Being a doula is hands down the best job I’ve ever had”. While her maternal health advocacy has helped save countless lives through policy changes and storytelling, being a doula means getting to see the daily impact you make in their lives.
